Your Impact

Your sponsorship matters. Because of your contributions to our network, Outdoor Afro continues to grow. What started as a kitchen table blog by Founder and CEO Rue Mapp is now a national movement and business. For more than a decade now with you by our side, Outdoor Afro has been able to inspire Black joy and healing in local communities across the nation; influence policy makers to protect public lands from small towns to Capitol Hill; and develop nationwide programs that have strengthened Black people’s and Black communities’ relationships with our lands, waters, and wildlife.
